Terms of Service

By creating an account or using acquiresponsor.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AcquireSponsor is a marketplace that helps creators and brand sponsors discover each other, communicate, and manage sponsorship deals. Features may include profiles, a feed, messaging, matching, deal workflows, and paid tools (e.g. PRO, credits, campaigns).

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13).
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may create or sign in to an account with email and password, or with a third-party identity provider we support (currently Sign in with X; Google and LinkedIn when enabled). If you choose Sign in with X:

• You authorize AcquireSponsor to receive your X user ID, display name, username, profile photo, and — if you grant it — the confirmed email on your X account. We use that email as the address on file for your AcquireSponsor account (receipts, deal notices, verification, and account recovery). You may edit the address on the signup screen before the account is created.
• Authorizing our X app associates your X identity with the email you confirm. That association happens only after you complete signup on our site. We do not post, like, follow, send Direct Messages, or otherwise act on X on your behalf.
• You must have the right to use that X account. X's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your use of X. We never ask for or store your X password.
• You can disconnect third-party access from your X account settings. That does not automatically delete your AcquireSponsor account; use Settings or email r@acquiresponsor.com to close the account.

New accounts are subscribed to our newsletter by default. You can uncheck that box at signup or unsubscribe later in Settings. Transactional email (receipts, deal and security notices) is part of the Service and is not optional while you have an account.

Creators and sponsors must deal in good faith: no fraud, spam, harassment, IP infringement, or illegal content. Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse rate limits or payment systems.

• Deal terms are between the parties unless we expressly hold funds under Payment Protection or payment agent for a feature.
• Platform fees (e.g. free vs PRO deal fees) are disclosed in product UI and pricing pages and may change with notice.
• Payments may be processed by Stripe. Card data is handled by Stripe under their terms.
• Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes follow our product flows and applicable payment network rules.

You retain rights to content you post. You grant us a license to host, display, and process that content to operate the Service. You represent you have the rights to post it.

Paid plans and credits renew or are consumed as described at purchase. Cancel PRO per the billing portal or settings. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee matches, deal volume, or uninterrupted service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACQUIRESPONSOR AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You will defend and indemnify AcquireSponsor against claims arising from your content, deals, or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk. Provisions that should survive (fees owed, liability limits, indemnity) survive termination.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance of material changes where permitted by law.
