The Operator account

For the people who do deals on a creator’s behalf.

IP is becoming an asset class, and a profession is forming around it. If you broker or manage sponsorship deals for creators, this is a business account built for that work: a client roster, a pipeline across all of them, a sourcing board, and a record of what you have actually closed.

Read this before you apply

Brokers and managers are for creators who are already winning. If someone is pulling millions of views, shooting twelve hours a day, and their sponsorship pipeline is falling through the cracks, outsourcing to a focused operator is a great move.

If that is not them yet, we would rather they learned to land their own deals and build their own connections first. We tell creators exactly that, on their side of the product. Do not build a roster of people who will regret hiring you.

The operators we want work closely with a few very large creators, land big deals, and make brands successful. That is a preference we express in how we talk about the work, not a rule in the software. Nothing here caps your roster.

What you get

Two things that are not negotiable

The creator signs every deal

You draft and propose. Your client approves every money term themselves, on every deal. There is no permission that changes this, and there never will be. It is why creators are willing to work with operators here at all.

The record cannot be bought

Your Verified Operator record counts only completed deals where the creator and the sponsor both confirmed you put it together. Paying for this account never touches it. That is the whole reason the number means something.

Six titles, and no free text

You pick one of six. A creator reading a profile should know what the words mean without guessing, so nobody invents their own job title here.

BrokersTransactional. You source and close a specific deal, and you earn on that deal.

How you get one

  1. 1

    Apply

Tell us who you are, who you represent, and what you have closed. It takes a few minutes and it is read by a person.

  2. 2

    We read it

Every application is reviewed by hand right now. We will email you either way, and a no is never permanent.

  3. 3

    Activate

Approval unlocks payment, not the tools. Your roster, pipeline and board switch on once the account is active.

Loading pricing.

Working with an operator is optional. Many creators do great solo. We say this to creators wherever representation comes up, and we are saying it here too, so you know what you are walking into.
